We are SOM (SOLUTIONS OUR MOTTO), a young firm backed by some of the most brilliant minds in the civil engineering industry. Established in 2006, we harnessed our collective capabilities to make infrastructural improvements. Slowly but surely, our professional team and solid reputation both were on the upward swing. And rest, as they say, is good karma.
If you ask us, Civil Engineering is more like poetry in motion where dreamers of our tribe craft the landscape of a place block by block. Take a look at the world's infrastructure, and all of them stem from a singular thought process that implied it was impossible. The rebellious artist in us has always taken a challenge head-on, and from blueprints to edifices, we've breathed life into brick and mortar structures and more.
Our diverse and all-inclusive team has people from all walks of life. SOM encompasses an interdisciplinary group of engineers and associated support personnel, such as architects, RCC consultants, project management consultants and techno legal consultants, all stalwarts in their respective fields. Together, we know we can, and we do it SOMfully.

Keyur has persistently contradicted the norm. Even as a young lad, the ordinary never appealed to him. He was always looking for practical solutions to mundane problems. He wanted to build ideas and leave an indelible mark on the cityscape. Becoming an engineer was an organic move.
Keyur had amassed tremendous experience on the field from his salad days in the construction industry. His stint as Construction Manager with M/s. SHAPOORJI PALLONJI & Co. Ltd, for three years on India's then highest multi-storeyed project of 60 storeys at Tardeo, set the wheels in motion. SOM was the result of his passion for making a visible difference in the world of Indian infrastructure.
He believed one should not waste today in the worry of tomorrow. And that was the experience he wanted to peddle when it came to repairs, restoration and waterproofing. His cost-effective methods, holistic solutions and impeccable turnaround time paved the way for SOM becoming a stalwart in structural repair management and construction.
Keyur's mission is to make every home foolproof and waterproof. His dream, however, is to rebuild this city to reflect its true cosmopolitan essence. And somewhere between the two, he is engineering his thoughts into actionable expressions.
Diploma in Civil Engineering
Omkar is a man of the outdoors. Nature has been his respite and his inspiration. As far as he can remember, he wanted to create structures in harmony with the surroundings. His singular thought process was that buildings need to look like a part of the ecosystem and not otherwise. Naturally, Civil Engineering was his chosen path.
On completion of his education, Omkar knew that his knowledge had to be backed by adequate experience. Rightly enough, he set out to learn the ropes of the industry. He gained valuable work experience with Project Services, India's first techno-legal firm, where he excelled in Project Management. He was also Project In-charge for Bhoomi Arkade builders for their G+7 storey building at Vile Parle East. He went on to work with a reputed consultation firm for two years before becoming an integral part of SOM.
Omkar is an excellent strategist and a stickler for timelines with high-quality benchmarks. He is quick to think up solutions and offered stellar support in projects, both big and small.
